1. I agree to have my work considered for touring purposes, after the festival.
ข้าพเจ้าอนุญาตให้นำผลงานออกฉายเพื่อการศึกษา และออกฉายในโครงการภาพยนตร์สั้นสัญจรของมูลนิธิหนังไทย ภายหลังจากงานเทศกาลหนังสั้น

2. I grant the Festival Organizing Committee the right to use publicity stills and or part of my work, up to 10% of the running time, within 3 minutes, and/or the contents of other submitted materials for publicity purposes.
ข้าพเจ้าอนุญาตให้นำภาพถ่าย หรือภาพบางส่วนของผลงานออกเผยแพร่ทางสื่อสาธารณะเพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยผลงานที่นำออกเผยแพร่จะต้องไม่เกิน 10% ของผลงานหรือมีความยาวไม่เกิน 3 นาที

3. I understand that the preview tape willbe retained by Thai Film Foundation, the organizer of Thai Short Film and Video Festival.
ข้าพเจ้าทราบดีว่าเทปที่ส่งมาสำหรับการคัดเลือกรอบแรกนั้น ทางคณะผู้จัดงานจะไม่ส่งคืน
