Production Support Program for the Most Innovative Independent Projects!

Work in Progress, a program started in 2008 by JIFF, supports film directors and producers as a showcase of notable independent films that are still in-production. Work in Progress is only applicable to directors or producers of films which have screened in JIFF. One winner project will be chosen to receive 10 million KRW.



Submission for Work In Progress

•Subject: Korean/foreign films currently in the production or post-production stage


•Eligibility Applicant: Directors and producers of the films which have been screened in JIFF


•Submission deadline: 2 March 2012


•Announcement: about 5~6 competitors (2~3 for Korean/ 2~3 for foreign) in March


•Presentation & Evaluation: April 2012 (during JIFF 2012)


•Prize:

(1) JPP Award: 10 million KRW (approx. 8,600 USD) for the winning project (1 film)

(2) Audience Award
